Bear right at stop sign onto Business 151.
At the first stoplight, Business 151 becomes Springdale St.

Take Highway 78 South from Black Earth to Mount Horeb.
Turn right onto Business 151 (Springdale St.).

DIRECTIONS FROM DODGEVILLE OR BLANCHARDVILE:
Enter from west of Mount Horeb on US 18/151.
Take the Highway 78 Mount Horeb exit.
Cross over the highway and turn right on County Rd ID/Bus. 151. Drive east into Mount Horeb and past the first stoplight.
As you approach the 2nd stoplight, you will see Family Dental Care on the left at 522 Springdale St.

DIRECTIONS FROM BELLEVILLE OR NEW GLARUS: Drive north on Highway 92
(becomes Highway 78) to Mount Horeb.
